Introduction
FAT800A Ethernet Data Terminal is a compact data terminal that communicates with host software application program over the TCP/IP network. The operator interface includes a 16 X 2 alphanumeric LCD display, a 20-Key programmable keyboard and a card reader input (a magnetic card reader or barcode card reader or RFID reader). When the FAT800A is connected to a 10 BaseT Ethernet network, it functions like a TCP/IP terminal. The host software can send commands and displayable message to FAT800A via network, also user input from the keypad or the card reader is sent to the host software.
